The single musical instrument is the only emergency call system available to patients using a day room at the Cardiff Royal Infirmary’s West Wing.
Facepalm. Just facepalm. It sounds like an isolated incident at one NHS facility, though, thankfully.

IF you decide to get on a bus, figuring you can stick the stroller in a wheelchair area

IF all of the wheelchair areas contain actual wheelchairs
